They send a video of your gem before setting it to make sure it is exactly what you wanted! The custom ring they created turned out so beautiful, I am already daydreaming about another. They communicated with me daily and provided diamond options I could choose from along with a spec of the ring for my approval. My ring arrived within 2-3 weeks and required a signature. To me, it wasn’t a long production and shipping time. I took the ring to my local jewelry store and they confirmed everything is legit. I LOVE IT!!!

Harshil is amazing! He was so responsive and patient with me. It's always a bit scary buying a ring online, not being able to see it in person and try it on, but Harshil listened to my every request, reassuring me it would be perfect - and the ring he custom made for me is absolutely gorgeous! Please order from this shop!! He is really kind and answers all of your questions. Give yourself some space because the order does take some time to receive but it’s worth it! the ring is exactly what I pictured. I even had my diamond ring appraised and it was exactly as he described. You will also receive your certificate if that’s what you opted for. I have a 14k white gold, 2.2 carot emerald cut, with pave band and hidden halo. This guy is the real deal! Best thing is that these diamonds are ethically sourced.

I had to include appreciation photos in my review for this wonderful man, this incredibly TALENTED man and this wonderful shop. Harshil was very attentive to all of my questions and requests. I had him make a custom pendant with a single 3CTW E VS1 LG/CVD emerald-cut on a 18K solid yellow gold. I asked him the criteria of stone I want then he presented a few options with paperwork, pictures and videos of each of the stone. It was a lot of great details that gave me the confidence to pull the trigger. The initial CAD drawing was done same-day then I had requested a few tweaks and a couple of days later the final design then onto production. Between the order, final photos, and shipping, it took a little over 30 days to receive the good. The product came in a beautiful finish and secured setting, also the box was nice too. I had it appraised by a jeweler using X-Ray machine and yeaup 18K solid gold and exactly E VS1 diamond spec. Couldn't be happier!

Harshil was amazing. I was worried at first buying from India online whilst I'm in the UK. I did some research in the UK first to know what i wanted. He was great at communicating and was able to find me a stone and do my bespoke design within my budget, i got twice as much for my money compared to buying in the UK. It was well worth the wait to be custom made. The ring is breath taking and the pictures don't do it justice. Harshil made my dreams come true and my vision come to light. I'll be using him again. Brilliant service and value for money and id highly recommend.

What can I say, everything from customer service, delivery, craftsmanship was excellent! Harshil and his team are really the best. It was my first time ordering on Etsy and especially a ring from a seller outside Germany, so I was normally a bit hesitant. All my doubts were put to rest the moment I started communicating with Harshil. He was with me at every step of designing the diamond ring and answering all of my questions night and day. The ring came up in the end exactly as designed and I am extremely happy with the work. The delivery was also quick and it took only 3 days to deliver it from India to Germany.
