Cancellation Policy
At Antiquecut, every order is processed with care, precision, and dedicated craftsmanship. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.
Listed & Ready-to-Ship Orders
Orders for listed or ready-to-ship items may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to a 6% transaction and processing fee.
Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will be reviewed based on the current order status, processing stage, or fulfilment progress. If approved, applicable cancellation, restocking, transaction, or handling charges may apply.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Orders that are custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, modified, or specially manufactured according to customer requirements are non-cancellable once processing has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Engraving requests
- Ring sizing or modifications
- Custom CAD designs
- Special diamond sourcing
- Made-to-order jewelry
- Design alterations requested by the customer
- Production Stage Orders
Once an order enters production, material allocation, stone setting, or the manufacturing stage, cancellation eligibility becomes limited.
If a cancellation request is approved at this stage, Antiquecut reserves the right to apply deductions based on:
- Work completed
- Production progress
- Labor costs
- Material procurement
- Diamond sourcing
- Payment processing charges
Applicable deductions will be communicated before cancellation approval.
Cancellation Authorization
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for cancellation
Cancellation requests are not considered approved until confirmed in writing by Antiquecut.
Refunds on Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method only.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer. Once processed by Antiquecut, the reflected timeline is outside our direct control.
Non-Cancellable Situations
Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if:
- The order has entered production
- Materials or diamonds have been sourced specifically for the order
- The product is customized or personalized
- The order has already been shipped
- The request violates policy conditions
