Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations as long as the request is made before the item enters production or has shipped. Most orders can be cancelled within the first 12 to 24 hours. Once production begins, we’re no longer able to cancel the order.

Custom pieces, engraved items, and made-to-order jewelry cannot be cancelled once work has started. These items are created specifically for you, so production begins shortly after the order is placed.

If you need to cancel, contact us right away with your order number. We’ll check the status and let you know what options are available.

If the order has already shipped, it can’t be cancelled. You’re welcome to start a return once the package arrives if your item is eligible under our return policy.
