Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
- Verified manufacturing defects
- Significant deviation from approved specifications
- Incorrect item received
- Approved cases following internal review and authorization by Antiquecut
All return requests require prior written approval from Antiquecut before shipping any item back.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for:
- Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry
- Made-to-order or non-catalogue products
- Orders approved during the design or production stage
- Promotional, clearance, or discounted purchases exceeding 10% off
- Requests made after the 30-day return period
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration by third parties
- Unauthorized return shipments sent without approval

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

For international customers, Antiquecut may provide an alternate nearest return location whenever possible for convenience.
Expectation-Based Returns
Orders approved by the customer during design confirmation or production stage are considered final according to the approved specifications.
Returns based on change of mind, personal preference, or expectation mismatch, despite the product matching approved details, are not eligible under the standard return policy. Such requests may only be considered at Antiquecut’s sole discretion and may involve applicable restocking, labor, production, or material deductions.
Inspection & Item Condition
All returned items undergo a detailed quality inspection upon arrival.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unworn and unused
- Returned in original condition
- Include original packaging and accompanying documents
Antiquecut reserves the right to reject returns or apply deductions if the item:
- Shows signs of wear or use
- Has been altered, resized, repaired, or damaged
- Is returned incomplete or improperly packaged
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the return is approved due to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received
- Shipping damage verified upon delivery
We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service, as Antiquecut is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Authorization
All refunds are subject to review, verification, inspection, and formal approval by Antiquecut. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item successfully passes quality inspection and complies with all return conditions.
2. Refund Method
Approved refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds cannot be transferred to alternate accounts, cards, or third parties.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 2–7 business days. The time required for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
4. Applicable Deductions
Where applicable, Antiquecut reserves the right to deduct reasonable charges before issuing a refund, including but not limited to:
- Payment gateway or transaction fees
- Restocking fees
- Production or labor costs
- Material costs
- Shipping or handling charges
- Tariff charges
Applicable deductions are determined based on the order stage, customization level, and condition of the returned product.
5. Ineligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be approved for:
- Unauthorized returns
- Non-returnable products
- Returns outside the eligible period
- Products not meeting return conditions
- Customized or engraved orders
- Orders matching approved specifications
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

- A defective product

Post-Return Service
After the 30-day return period, Antiquecut may continue to offer repair, maintenance, resizing, or support services on a chargeable basis, subject to evaluation and service feasibility.
Unauthorized Returns
Antiquecut is not responsible for items shipped without prior approval. Unauthorized shipments may be refused or returned to the sender without notice.
