Harshil was very attentive to all of my questions and requests. I had him make a custom pendant with a single 3CTW E VS1 LG/CVD emerald-cut on a 18K solid yellow gold. I asked him the criteria of stone I want then he presented a few options with paperwork, pictures and videos of each of the stone. It was a lot of great details that gave me the confidence to pull the trigger. The initial CAD drawing was done same-day then I had requested a few tweaks and a couple of days later the final design then onto production. Between the order, final photos, and shipping, it took a little over 30 days to receive the good. The product came in a beautiful finish and secured setting, also the box was nice too.
