Warranty Policy

At AntiqueCut, every piece is made with care and attention to detail. To give you confidence in your purchase, we offer a 6-month warranty on all our jewelry.

What the Warranty Covers

Our warranty protects your jewelry against manufacturing defects for six months from the date you receive your order. If an issue occurs during this period due to craftsmanship or material defects, we are here to help.

This includes:

- Structural issues caused during manufacturing
- Loose settings caused by manufacturing faults
- Breakage that occurs under normal wear due to a defect

If a problem is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item at no cost. If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement of the same or equivalent design.

How Repairs Work

If your item breaks or develops an issue within the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos and a brief explanation of the problem. Once reviewed, we will guide you through the next steps.

Depending on the situation:

- We may arrange a repair
- Or, if repair is not feasible, provide a replacement

Our goal is always to find the best and fairest solution for you.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

While we do our best to support our customers, the warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care
  • Repairs or modifications done by a third-party jeweler
  • Lost stones due to impact or external force

Jewelry is delicate by nature, and proper care helps it last for years.
