Give yourself some space because the order does take some time to receive but it’s worth it! the ring is exactly what I pictured. I even had my diamond ring appraised and it was exactly as he described. You will also receive your certificate if that’s what you opted for. I have a 14k white gold, 2.2 carot emerald cut, with pave band and hidden halo. This guy is the real deal! Best thing is that these diamonds are ethically sourced.

The ring is beautiful, but I'm a little regret I didn't get it in 18K gold!
The ring is beautiful but is slightly overshadowed by a very subtle color undertone, though it’s less noticeable than some of my previous Etsy ring purchases. I suspect my expectation of colorless diamonds from the GIA scale (which categorizes D-F as colorless) may be different with lab diamonds than I’m used to. Also, the ratings might differ by country or by inspectors. Thankfully it’s not hugely noticeable and the money I saved makes it worth any differences. Communication was disappointing. Some messages went unanswered, and the ring arrived later than was initially promised.
I will update that after the horrible back and forth experience and lack of timely communication and the ring being over a month late, we did receive the ring and it is beautiful but not worth the stress of this buying mexperience. I also will update that after several more weeks we did receive the free pendant as promised. The ring and pendant we finally received were beautiful but I would not recommend buying from here if you need anything in a timely manner. Overall was a very stressful buying experience.
