I asked him the criteria of stone I want then he presented a few options with paperwork, pictures and videos of each of the stone. It was a lot of great details that gave me the confidence to pull the trigger. The initial CAD drawing was done same-day then I had requested a few tweaks and a couple of days later the final design then onto production. Between the order, final photos, and shipping, it took a little over 30 days to receive the good. The product came in a beautiful finish and secured setting, also the box was nice too. I had it appraised by a jeweler using X-Ray machine and yeaup 18K solid gold and exactly E VS1 diamond spec. Couldn't be happier!
Harshil was amazing. I was worried at first buying from India online whilst I'm in the UK. I did some research in the UK first to know what i wanted. He was great at communicating and was able to find me a stone and do my bespoke design within my budget, i got twice as much for my money compared to buying in the UK.
