  • We will create an account on your behalf where you can access and purchase this Truly Custom jewelry.
  • Once you place your Truly Custom order, you will have 2 business days to cancel for a refund back to your original payment method, and thereafter the refund will be applied to your account for store credit only.
  • Returns for Truly Custom jewelry are allowed up to 30 days after the item ships, and refunds will be applied to your account for store credit only. Your store credit will never expire.
